Cancellation policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to ensure a smooth operation of my business, and to accommodate all of my valued clients, I kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy. 1. No Shows: A 50% fee will be charged for appointments where clients do not show up without prior notice. 2. Cancellations: A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. 3. Rescheduling: I understand the need to reschedule appointments. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring any fees. 4. Late Arrivals: if you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do our best to accommodate you, but please know that your service time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience for other clients.
